    "body": "<h4 id=\"capital-development-board\" style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Capital Development Board</strong> </h4><p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Dustin Ramage will serve as a Member of the Capital Development Board.* </strong>Ramage currently serves as Business Manager with Downstate Illinois Laborers&#039; District Council and as Special International Representative with Laborers&#039; International Union of North America (LIUNA). In these roles, Ramage leads district council operations and strategic direction across downstate Illinois. Previously, Ramage served as Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust Director with Downstate Illinois Laborers&#039; District Council and as President of LIUNA Local 100. Ramage also serves on the Board of United Way of Greater St. Louis.
