Gov. Pritzker Announces One Appointment to Boards and Commissions
Building on a strong team of diverse experts in their fields, Governor JB Pritzker announced the following appointment in his administration

Kaskaskia Regional Port District Board
Jha’Shaira Farmer will serve as a Member of the Kaskaskia Regional Port District Board.* Farmer currently serves as Logistics Specialist for the United States Naval Reserves. Previously, Farmer was Transaction Data Financial Analyst with Ernst and Young. Active in her community, Farmer currently serves on the Board of Directors at Sinai Family Life Center and previously served on the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority Board. Farmer earned her Bachelor of Science from University of Arkansas Pine Bluff and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate at Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School.
