Gov. Pritzker Announces Three Appointments to Boards and Commissions
Building on a strong team of diverse experts in their fields, Governor JB Pritzker announced the following appointments in his administration

Health Facilities and Services Review Board
Dr. Audrey Tanksley will continue to serve as a Member of the Health Facilities and Services Review Board.* Tanksley is Co-Founder of Onyx Medical Wellness, a woman-owned, minority-owned health and wellness provider dedicated to fostering holistic well-being within minoritized communities. Previously, Tanksley served as Chief Medical Officer of Integrated Health at the Human Resource Development Institute, where she led behavioral and physical medical operations. Tanksley has taught at University of Chicago as both Clinical Instructor and Assistant Professor. Tanksley has been published in many articles and is part of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Illinois Society of Addiction Medicine, and the Cook County Physicians Association. Tanksley earned her Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Southern University and her Doctor of Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
Public Administrator and Public Guardian
Mary Gaziano will continue to serve as Public Administrator and Public Guardian of Boone and Winnebago Counties.* Gaziano currently operates Attorney Mary J. Gaziano Law Firm, her Rockford-based private legal practice. She specializes in probate and estate planning. Before that, Gaziano served as Law Clerk and Associate Attorney at Remencius and Associates, Ltd. Gaziano has previously served as Treasurer for the Rockford Golf Classic for Special Olympics, Secretary for the Quota Club of Rockford, and as Member of the Board of Directors for Ducks Unlimited, Rockford Chapter. Gaziano earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Will Kankakee Regional Development Authority
Hugo Manzo will continue to serve as a Member of the Will Kankakee Regional Development Authority.* Manzo is currently Business Representative for the Painters District Council No. 14, previously serving as Organizer. Manzo was recognized by his peers as Labor Leader of the Year in 2022. Manzo currently serves on the Silver Cross Hospital Health Community Commission Board and is Trustee for the Will and Grundy Counties Building Trades Council. Manzo earned his high school diploma from Joliet Central High School.
