Gov. Pritzker Announces Two Appointments to Boards and Commissions

Building on a strong team of diverse experts in their fields, Governor JB Pritzker announced the following appointments in his administration

Joliet Arsenal Development Authority

Wayne McMillan will continue to serve as a Member of the Joliet Arsenal Development Authority.* McMillan most recently served as Vice President with Wells Fargo, retiring from the role in 2009. Previously, McMillan served as Vice President with La Salle Bank. A former elected official, McMillan served as Will County Commissioner and as Village Trustee in Bolingbrook. McMillan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lewis University and his Master of Business Administration from Governors State University.

Public Administrator and Public Guardian

Robert Porter will continue to serve as the Public Administrator and Public Guardian of Logan and McLean Counties.* Porter currently serves as Partner at Costigan and Wollrab, P.C. in Bloomington. There, he specializes in estate planning and administration, guardianships, real estate, and business formation and advising. Porter is Secretary of the McLean County Historical Society and sits on the boards of the Bloomington Public Library Foundation, the Illinois Guardianship Association, and Autism McLean. Porter earned his distinction of Certified National Guardian through the Center for Guardianship Certification. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University and his Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois College of Law.
